“When we heal ourselves, we heal the world. For as the body is only as healthy as its individual cells, the world is only as healthy as its individual souls.”
Samantha (She/Her/Hers) has had a strong desire from an early age to help people reach their fullest potential. Beginning with an interest in behavioral therapy, she majored in Community Psychology. While her experience working in Mental Health was enriching, it inevitably brought her to the realization that mental health alone is not enough to heal the whole person. As a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, her current passions and interest lie in a Preventative Medicine model that includes understanding the root-cause of disease and collaborating with patients to establish a treatment plan that suits their individual needs.
Samantha currently specializes in Family Medicine, Women's Health, Aesthetics and Functional Medicine. She is also currently enrolled in the Institute of Functional Medicine’s Certification program. It is her goal to offer safe, evidence-based treatment, as well as help people optimize their health and enhance their vitality.
Samantha works with ages 0-99 (18+ for obesity & psychiatric evaluations); She currently offers appointments via telehealth only.

What led you to become a medical provider? I have always been interested in wellness and optimal functioning/health. I started with a Psychology degree, moved to physical movement and nutritional studies, then became interested in Western Medicine. My goal is to share my knowledge and experience and help others to enhance their well-being through integration of multiple modalities and avenues of healing.
What are your interests outside of work? I love to bake! I have a fabulous selection of whole-food recipes, as well as a sourdough starter that keeps me busy in the kitchen.
Do you have any pets? I have two cats :)
What are your favorite books? This is a hard one! I have many, but top, life-changing books include Flow, Many Lives Many Masters, Oryx and Crake, etc. etc.
