Insurance & Fees

Paying fee-for-service can be significantly less expensive for clients with high deductible insurance plans! Clients who pay out of pocket may be able to use out-of-network insurance benefits for reimbursement. Please verify with your insurance carrier whether this is an option for you. We are willing to discuss sliding fee rates for those who are uninsured or underinsured. You may also be able to use Health Savings Accounts or Flexible Spending Accounts to fund your therapy and complementary services.

Our mental health, acupuncture, occupational therapy & prescribing professionals are in-network with the following insurance companies*:

  • Medica/United HealthCare- including UMR & Surest (Note: Lindsey Mehran is NOT in-network with UHC (UMR, Surest, UBH, etc.), but is in-network with Medica)

  • HealthPartners/Cigna (including Cigna EAP)

  • Aetna & First Health Behavioral Health Network

  • Ucare

  • Medical Assistance/Medicaid (MA)

  • MultiPlan

  • Hennepin Health

  • America’s PPO/HealthEZ

  • South Country Health Alliance (SCHA)

Some clinicians at Iris Mental Health & Wellness are NOT in-network with Medicare, so please verify coverage with your Medicare plan prior to scheduling.
