What is QNRT?
Quantum Neuro Reset Therapy, QNRT, is an emerging therapy technique that focuses on the brain, nervous system, and emotional stress. QNRT balances the brain and resets the nervous system.
The therapy uses a set of protocols to reset the brain’s response to emotional stress and create a shift in the nervous system.
Here are just some of the issues QNRT can help address:
Emotional distress (trauma, anxiety, depression or stressful events)
Low energy
Poor sleep quality
Memory or focus difficulties
Chronic pain & health challenges
Grief & loss
Self-limiting beliefs
Support overall well-being and resilience
How does QNRT work?
The QNRT protocols use a mix of brain activation and body integration. This is done through the use of eye movements, lights, and muscle testing. Each reset involves the hypothalamus which is the control center of the brain. The hypothalamus is responsible for keeping the body in a state of homeostasis. All of these elements come together to create balance in the brain to enable clients to respond to emotional stressors in healthier and safer ways.
Why does QNRT work?
QNRT targets the subconscious and the emotional pain stuck in the brain. This matters because we operate 90 to 95 percent of our lives from our subconscious mind. Also, the brain cannot distinguish between physical and emotional pain. Unresolved trauma and emotional stress can lead to physical, emotional, mental distress when it’s locked in the body.
What are QNRT results?
Results vary by individual. However, common results include reduced reactivity and reduced activation in the brain and nervous system. Healing through balancing the brain and resetting the nervous system can open up pathways that have been blocked by stored stress, emotional wounds, and trauma.
What does QNRT treatment look like?
Treatment begins with an initial 60-minute assessment where a comprehensive set of protocols are performed to understand specific brain imbalances. This will include a recommendation of the number of sessions, based on client specific results.
After that, clients can expect to schedule weekly 30-minute sessions for resets (number of sessions varies by client). Once brain and nervous system achieve homeostasis, client shifts to monthly 30-minute sessions for reset maintenance.
Please keep in mind that QNRT is complementary to other forms of treatment (talk therapy, A.R.T., EMDR, acupuncture, massage, etc.). If you have another provider you are working with, I can work with them collaboratively in your care!
